Description

Hilario "Larry" Ped's sheet music collection. Many of them have his name written on them. Hilario Ped used to play with a band, performing in the area including Guadalupe, California at a club and at Paulding Gym. As Nina Borja, his daughter, describes, their house was always filled with music. Music in this collection includes: "King Kamehameha, The Conqueror of the Islands" (1934), "I Wanna Go Back to Bali" (1938), "I've Got My Eyes On You" (c. 1940), "Indian Summer" (c. 1939), "Let Yourself Go" (1936), "I'll Stand By" (c. 1930s), "(I'm Afraid) The Masquerade is Over" (1938), "We Three (My Echo, My Shadow and Me)" (1940), "In a Little Gypsy Tea Room" (1935), "Broadway's Gone Hawaii" (1937), "You Can't Stop Me From Dreaming" (1937), "No Regrets" (1936), "I Hadn't Anyone Till You" (1938), "If I Knew Then (What I Know Now)" (1939), "That's What You Think" (1935), "Orchids for Remembrance" (1940), "A Lover's Lullaby" (1940), "Penny Serenade" (1938), "Little Lade Make Believe" (1938), "My Cabin of Dreams" (1937).
